The following Terms and Conditions apply to the Jigsaw
Puzzle Giveaway offered by Rachel Ellen Designs Ltd ("Giveaway").

For the purposes of these terms and conditions, "Giveaway" refers to the Jigsaw Puzzle Giveaway offered by Rachel Ellen Designs Ltd. By entering the Giveaway, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Eligibility:

The Giveaway is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over (unless otherwise stated in the Giveaway announcement).

Employees of Rachel Ellen Designs Ltd, their families, agencies, or anyone else associated with the Giveaway are not eligible to participate.

Entry:

Entries must be made by following the instructions provided on the Giveaway announcement (e.g., signing up to the newsletter).

Entries must be made before the deadline specified in the Giveaway announcement.

Entries are limited to one per person.

Selection of Winner(s):

The winner(s) will be selected randomly from all valid entries received during
the Giveaway period.

The prize draw will take place on 20th February 2025.

Prize:

The prize consists of the jigsaw puzzle pack as outlined in the Giveaway
announcement (Jigsaw Puzzle - Fairy, Jigsaw Puzzle - Love Our Planet,
Jigsaw Puzzle - Ballerina, Jigsaw Puzzle - Dinosaur, Jigsaw Puzzle - Never
Forget How Amazing You Are, Jigsaw Puzzle - On The Farm, Jigsaw Puzzle -
Under The Sea).

You will receive the prize pack to your chosen UK address. This address is
non-transferable once confirmed.

Winner Notification:

The winner will be notified by email within 24 hours of being chosen.

The promoter's decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered
into.

Claiming Your Prize:

The winner(s) must respond to accept their prize within two days of being
chosen.

If no response is received, then the prize becomes unavailable and another
winner will be selected.

Disqualification:

You must not post violent, discriminatory, unlawful, infringing, hateful, sexually suggestive or other inappropriate (at promoter's sole discretion)
content on any social media platform or website.

Rachel Ellen Designs Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any winner if it
becomes aware or has reasonable grounds to believe that the winner is not
eligible or if they have breached any of the Terms.

Prize Details:

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-negotiable. There is no cash alternative.

Rachel Ellen Designs Ltd reserves the right to substitute the prize (or any part
thereof) for one of its choosing which has a value the same or greater
than the original prize in the event of circumstances outside of its
control.

Promotional Activity:

By entering the Giveaway, the winner(s) agrees to participate in such
promotional activity as Rachel Ellen Designs Ltd may require.

Social Media Disclaimer:

In no circumstances is the Giveaway in any way sponsored, endorsed,
administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram or any other partner.
